Forture Seafood Restaurant was previously called Fortune but it was then suggested by a feng shui master to change the N to an R for better business. Forture Seafood Restaurant has two kinds of dining style: Indoor and outdoor. The indoor dining area is an air-conditioned place while the outdoor dining area has the typical Tze Char settings of big round tables with red table cloth spread over it.

Their signature dish is the Assam Curry Fish Head and it is a must-order dish. There are different flavors to choose from, firstly the spicy and sourish assam gravy and the other is the smooth and fresh taste of the fish head.
