Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Nakamura from Nakamura Shuzo!

Based in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, Nakamura Shuzo produces their shochu, “Nakamura,” entirely by hand.

Made using traditional techniques, this sweet potato shochu is exceptionally smooth and mellow, with a beautifully refined taste.
