A little Singapore in a glass, inspired by our love for 3-in-1 drinks and the familiar flavours of the kopitiam. Sweet, sour and bitter come together in a refreshing highball, with a little bourbon, bright calamansi, homemade Coca-Cola and jasmine, finished with a touch of mint and fizz.

To our friends at Alquímico 🌿 ALQUÍMICO 🍀 💛💙❤️

We’ve shared good times behind the bar, both here at Nutmeg & Clove and in Cartagena. Today, our thoughts are with the Alquímico team and everyone affected by the earthquake in Colombia.

Their farm team in Filandia is safe, but many in the surrounding communities are still without homes, food, water and essential supplies.

If you’d like to support their efforts, donations to the Alquímico Foundation are helping provide essential aid directly to affected families.
