I specialize in fondant cakes, cupcakes and cookies and custom design each product according to client's personal taste and occasion.

My 1st workshop for 2026 was a success. Just want to thank everyone who bought my ONLINE classes and attended my HANDS ON Workshop.

After all these years, there are still so many things that excite me about baking ~ 🧑‍🍳🎂🍰🥧

2026 🇵🇭 versus 2021 🇸🇬 ~ Feels like the pandemic 😷 doing an online class again. I just want to thank my old “suki” students who were very fast 💨 to sign up for my upcoming online class for this weekend. Looking forward to the newbies as well. ❤️

I’m excited to announce my upcoming pastry classes from September through December!

There will be a combination of ONLINE & IN-PERSON workshops, with different classes and schedules to choose from.

For the in-person classes, I’ll be teaching @ The Swell Sweets Cake Lab in BGC, owned by a fellow cake artist and pastry chef Angela Zumel Colet.

Thank you, Gel, for graciously opening your kitchen studio to me. I’m so excited and looking forward to this collaboration. 🙏

Before I dabbled into the art of cake decorating, I was a bakery owner in Manila, an R&D Pastry Chef + a kitchen slave in New York…Baking, formulating recipes and creating cakes are my strengths and core focus. It’s been awhile since I crafted a custom cake…Juggling motherhood, staging the commissary, kids’ activities. Summer break and training staff for Christmas, I honestly feel that I sometimes need more than 24 hours in a day 🥵 I’m just happy that I was able to execute a simple cake for my Tita Nene who celebrated her 70th birthday cake today. She also requested for a separate Carrot 🥕 cake to be served for her guests.

I hand sculpted the “abaniko” (fan) out of sugar paste and molded some scrolls to give it some details. I also did 2 types of orchids ~ 2D & 3D version to embellish the cake.

LAST 2 slots remaining for my Mother’s Day Floral Cake ~

There’s something about receiving flowers (in my case, it’s the edible ones) that slows a moment down. On Mother’s Day, that pause feels even more meaningful ~ a chance to honor the women who shape our lives in ways both big and unseen.

This year, I went back to the basics, but it’s not the usual Mango cake that you see in the market ~ layers of delicate sponge cakes filled with light and refreshing Mango 🥭 Mousse and iced with a fluffy dairy whipped cream. The ombré Hydrangeas are individually piped, petal by petal.

I created this cake to capture the many ways we express love and gratitude for our dear MOMS.

I’m keeping it simple this Mother’s Day, and because it’s Mango 🥭 season, I thought of offering my personal favorites: Mango Shortcake and my Mango~Yuzu Almond Mousse Entremet. These 2 cakes are both refreshing and light, featuring my pillowy chiffon cakes layered with whipped cream (Shortcake) or the Mango~Yuzu mousse, and sweet Guimaras mangoes. Or, if you really still want to to go with the classic, you can still order the Caramel Cake.

Please note that the florals for the Mango Shortcake will be Hydrangeas only (but you can choose the color). 🎂 🍰🧁

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s been awhile since I posted here. I’ve been busy traveling for the past month, and purposely deactivated my business account during the Holy Week. Now, I’m back and ready to accept custom cake orders and desserts. I’m very thankful for clients who still order despite the global crisis (inflation due to the war in Iran). Rest assured, I still use the same ingredients to achieve the same quality that my clients deserve.
