This week on Meals on Demand: Sober San Bei Chicken. We dropped the usual rice wine to keep our dish halal-friendly.

Took a while to get the balance of soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil just right, but we think it was worth it.

Paired with pumpkin seed multigrain rice for even more flavour and bite.
