Chinese New Year has always been a love-and-hate season for us 😁
We love it because it gives us the chance to reconnect with so many of you, but at the same time, the overwhelming number of orders and enquiries sometimes means we may unintentionally miss a few messages, as we are not on the phone 24/7. For any inconvenience caused, we sincerely apologise 🙏
That said, it will always be more love than hate — especially when we get to see familiar faces like Mrs Ong, Mrs Foong, and Mr Chow (just to name a few) , customers who have become friends since our early days in 2015 🥰
From handling over 1,000 enquiries to roasting and chopping for more than 16 hours daily, it’s mentally and physically demanding, but seeing everyone gather on this special occasion makes it all worthwhile. We hope our roast meats brought joy to your celebrations and that our lucky draw winners enjoyed their prizes 🎉 🎉

Watching Zermatt in action never fails to amaze us—his almost “black hole” digestive system and Doraemon-like storage stomach make every challenge look effortless 🤣
But in reality, what he does is far from easy. It takes immense determination, careful strategic planning, and countless hours of practice to reach this level, along with intense physical training, disciplined dieting, and strong self-control behind the scenes to stay healthy 🙌
Because of this, we have nothing but deep respect for Zermatt’s content and wholeheartedly encourage everyone to support him by liking and resharing his work 🫶

Mission impossible 😎
We are truly honored to collaborate as a charity food sponsor for Moral Old Folks Home together with Singapore’s No.1 competitive eater, 💯
Four years ago, when we first got to know him, he took on a 4kg roast meat challenge and finished it within an hour. Fast forward exactly four years later, he has raised the bar to an unbelievable 8kg of roast meat and noodles—honestly, we were genuinely worried for him 😓
To put it into perspective, 8kg easily equals over 100 portions for an average person. This challenge is absolutely insane, and if anyone in Singapore can pull it off, it’s only Zermatt. 💯🔥
