⭐️ APOLOGY ANNOUNCEMENT ⭐️
Dear all, I am aware that many of you, as well as some of our customers, have had difficult experiences with one of our cashiers. I’ve also read the Google reviews that mention dissatisfaction, with some saying they may not return. I want to address this openly and with empathy.
It’s not always possible to fully understand someone’s emotional intelligence or cognitive abilities until we’ve worked closely with them. Unfortunately, this individual will be leaving our company soon. However, given his personal circumstances, I feel a moral obligation to ensure he has a steady income during his remaining time with us.
To provide further context, he has been facing significant health challenges, and I personally covered all his surgery bill at Alexandra Hospital. I hope we can approach this situation with kindness and understanding, forgiving any shortcomings. This is an opportunity for us to embody compassion and support during a difficult time.
Ultimately, it was my decision to allow him to stay longer, and I understand that this may have caused frustration or disappointment. For this, I sincerely apologize. Please know that my intention was to balance compassion with responsibility, though I acknowledge the impact it has had.
