In Chinese we don’t say “I love you”; we say “我杀猪养你” (I will slaughter pigs to support you).

Couldn’t resist jumping onto the bandwagon on this one - For one night only, WDF will be serving up a menu inspired by the current hottest C-drama Pursuit of Jade. Think braised pig intestine noodles (and braised pork belly and pig trotters), pig liver soup (with homemade meatballs), and Mikan (tangerine) highball / Mikan shochu. 😋😘

So for those of us who couldn’t get enough of the drama, this is your one chance to “live” the drama and meet fellow POJ fanatics to gush over what only the POJ fans would understand. 😉

Inspired by Midnight Diner, we’re keeping things simple — comfort food, easy drinks, and a welcoming space for familiar faces.

No frills, nothing fancy. Just cozy vibes, shared stories, and a countdown into the new year with friends.

Still glowing from last weekend’s Christmas sake pairing dinner.

We were honoured to feature Japan’s very first Daiginjo — the Kamotsuru Daiginjo Gold, released in 1958 and crafted with real Kanazawa gold sakura petals, the highest-grade gold leaf in Japan. Our guests had a lot of fun “finding gold” in their glasses 😄

Hearing a guest say it was “one of the best pairing dinners he’s ever had” meant the world to us.

Thank you for sharing such a magical evening with us.
