There’s always something new brewing at Oaks.

Our coffee beans are roasted in-house every week, with a rotating selection of coffees that keeps things fresh, seasonal and exciting. From familiar favourites to new lots and origins we can’t wait to share, we are constantly working on bringing something different to the bar.

All our coffees are roasted between light to medium, allowing the character of each coffee to shine through — whether it’s bright and fruit-forward, floral and delicate, or sweet and balanced.

We have got plenty of new and exciting coffees coming up, and our webstore will be launching very soon. Soon, you will be able to browse our latest roasts and bring your favourite coffees home with you.

We are excited to welcome Shaun Liew S H Δ U N L I E W , 3× Malaysia Brewers Cup Champion (2017, 2019 & 2026), for a special bar takeover at Oaks Coffee Roasters.

For this one-day-only session, Shaun will be brewing a selection of coffees, including the exact coffee that earned him the 2026 Malaysia Brewers Cup Championship title.

The lineup includes his championship blend of 90% Panama Finca Sophia Lot 102/104 Washed Geisha and 10% Malaysia My Liberica JL Dark Room Anaerobic Natural, alongside other exceptional coffees.

From filter to espresso, each coffee offers a glimpse into the coffees, flavours and craft behind competition-level brewing, served directly by the champion himself.

The Dirty.

A signature barista creation built on balance.

We start with our housemade cereal milk, slow-cooked with cornflakes to draw out its toasted sweetness before enriching it with heavy cream. Finished with a double ristretto, the espresso cuts cleanly through the richness, creating a cup that’s silky, layered and deeply satisfying.

Not your everyday matcha. 🍵

We start with Shirakashi, a premium-grade matcha that delivers a balanced profile of nuttiness, sweetness and delicate bitterness. Instead of regular milk, we make our own corn milk from fresh corn, creating a naturally sweet, silky base that complements the matcha without overpowering it.

Finished with torched corn for a subtle caramelised aroma, every cup is familiar yet unexpected. 🌽
