NUMB Restaurant The Sixth Flavour That You Need To Experience. 麻 (ma), taken from the Chinese term 麻 辣 (ma la), means 'numb'. Eat till you're high, drink till you're Numb.

It is the unique numbing sensation of Sichuan peppercorns that adds another category to the five basic tastes. Not only that, it is also the state of being tipsy, 喝麻 (drunk)，二麻 (tipsy)
