Humble Beginnings and Unpretentious, Home-Style Cooking

I am Kay and I’m the baker and the cook behind THP&TUCS and I live in the heart of the city and near the Singapore River. I have an obsession with food shopping and my pet fish called Wonder. My mini-story reflects my joy on food and cooking for friends and family – quick, inspired, creative, clever and fresh – all for that city lifestyle. Creative new ideas with twists and styles. Clever cooking so that you don’t sacrifice taste. And fresh meals that are made from scratch. My menus are made using everyday ingredients and (mostly) pretty healthy. I rarely deep fry. Planning a big or small feast for the family or just for two, leave the cooking to us. Lunch, dinner or party menus you turn to time and time again. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!
