โข 1 year intensive & multi-dimensioned program.
โข 9 months mainly operations (3 months in kitchen, 6 months in service, bar and admin)
โข 3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active & hands-on projects including supporting our overseas businesses to solve our REAL issues on ground.
โข Pass the assessment of kitchen & bar within 6 months.
โข Training to become Assistant Manager/Outlet in charge
โข Handle operations alone
โข Able to train new staff
โข Ensure great CX/EX (Customers experience / Employee experience)
โข Figure Management (Setting targets and Analysis)
โข Outlet schedule
โข Plan and Manage working shifts and Labour costs
โข Outlet ordering
โข Daily and Monthly inventory
โข Manage COGS (Forecasting/ordering/Inventory)
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข 1 year experience in food and beverage industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
โข Minimum Diploma and above
โข Strong leadership skills and team motivator
โข Ability to analyse and solve problems
โข Good communication and interpersonal skills
โข Remuneration Package will be based on experience and qualification
โข 48 hours per week 6 off day per month
โข Up to 75% Staff Discount and other medical benefit
โข Salary of up to S$3,200 per month for the right candidate
โข Attractive monthly performance incentives, stretch goal bonus and allowances
