Many of our customers ask how we came up with our fried rice recipe, so here’s the story. My family likes fried rice, and being picky eaters, their expectations for a good fried rice is very high. However very often the fried rice we eat out were either too oily, too salty, too hard or totally just rice and you can’t find the ingredients in it, otherwise tasteless.

So how? End up we cook our own fried rice to curb our cravings at home. We only use 3 main ingredients in our regular egg fried rice; Japanese rice, garlic and eggs, lightly seasoned and topped with garnish.

The garlic we use is specially selected and prepared uniquely in order to create the crunchy texture and garlicky flavour in every mouthful you take. After we introduced our homemade fried rice recipe to our customers, everyone loves it so much. Now we also add meat such salmon, beef, pork and chicken.

Since 2020 at our Pasir Ris outlet, it was the most popular must-have dish and our customers kept coming back for more. Now we are bringing it back to Jalan Berseh Don Express so you can get to enjoy it again.

Not only we cook our rice with precise time and temperature to get the right texture, the garlic we use is also a homemade secret recipe. Don't try don't know how garlicky and fragrant it taste right? So must come and try then you know what's call oishii!!!! 😋😋😋
