We want to share what our team eats for lunch because it is often very different from what we serve during service.

This is one of those dishes. Scrambled eggs. Simple, comforting, and familiar, but cooked our way.

Instead of salt and pepper, these eggs are seasoned with oyster sauce, chicken powder, furikake, and finished with chives. Cooked fully through, fluffy and light, piled into a soft mountain of eggs. Not wet, not runny, just warm and satisfying.

After hours spent on long, technical processes like 12-hour smoked meats and house-made sauces, something this simple is comforting. There is a quiet contrast there, and that is exactly the point.

It is easy to make at home, and hard to mess up. Let us know if you or your loved ones cook eggs like this too.

We want to share what our team eats for lunch because it is often very different from what we serve during service.

These staff meals show how our chefs cook everyday food when things slow down. Familiar ingredients, cooked their way, using the same habits and care they bring into the kitchen every day.

This dish is an Asian-style bok choy, made using what is left from our menu items. Stir fried with oyster sauce and tau pok, it is simple, balanced, and meant to sit alongside the main dish.

Every chef cooks familiar food differently. This is how our team does it.

Bok choy is just one option. Chye sim, kai lan, choy sum, or even bean sprouts work just as well. If you try something like this at home, let us know what you used and how it turned out!

23 January 2026, Friday opening hours:
• 11am to 3pm: Open for dine-in
• ⁠3pm onwards: Closed for private event

Our busiest Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so far.

Around 140 platters went out over two days, each one prepared, plated, and kept warm in insulated carriers before heading out for delivery.

From interrupted sleep checking smokers through the night to long days of prep and packing, the kitchen ran at full pace to make this happen.

We'll be doing our best to try to increase our capacity without diminishing quality next year, so hopefully, we'll get to serve more of you the next festive season!
