How to make our Nyonya Sea Bass.

1. Heat up pot. Add 100ml of broth (or more if you prefer soupy version), sea bass slices and shiitake mushrooms.
2. Once sea bass is cooked, add 100ml of nyonya sauce and pinch of salt/msg (to taste).
3. Pour into serving bowl/plate and add pea sprouts.
4. Enjoy! Best with a bowl of rice!

A Heartfelt Thank You & Farewell from Xcelyn

To our amazing Xcelyn community,

After 5 wonderful years of serving you, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. Our last day of operations will be Saturday, 25th October 2025.

This journey has been an absolute dream, and that is thanks to each and every one of you. Your loyalty, kind words, and support have been the fuel for our passion.

We will be open as usual from now until the 25th, and we would love to see you one last time to say a proper thank you.

While this chapter for Xcelyn is ending, it’s not necessarily the end of the story. We are planning to take a break first, but we may explore starting a home-based business in the future. We will be sure to keep you all updated if we decide to take that leap!

For now, please accept our deepest thanks for being part of our story. It has been an honor and a joy.

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all of you - our incredible customers for your unwavering support. Your visits, reviews, and kind words have been the heart of our journey. A big shoutout as well to for featuring us - it’s been an honour to share our story with even more food lovers!

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback and have made some updates to enhance your dining experience:
