Today, one of our regular customers belanja us a meal on delivery. While we are sad that she (and her company) is relocating, we are thankful for her support all these while.

This hand-made noodle from 老古板 Lao Gu Ban is soft and Q. The solefish 扁鱼 gave the noodles gives a rich umami flavor. The seasoning is fragrant with subtle lardy smell. The soup is rich and on slightly saltier size with lots of minced meat and tasty prawn paste cake.

Sister offers a bowl of noodles that is better and different from the usual. 老古板 menu is not your usual mushroom bak chor mee or Teochew mee menu. Diners can select Atas option or choose a soup if they want a light meal. She made the noodles fresh daily. I tried a bowl and I am pretty convinced by its taste. 👍👍👍
老古板 - 这摊名取得很有意思。大姐卖的食物一点都不老土古板。她做的是自己拉的手工面，材料也下重本，有鱼飘， 扁鱼和虾滑， 让食客有多一份选择。小编觉得味道挺好的。大家自己来尝尝吧!

Aunty Cheng loves making traditional nonya kuehs. It started off with her sharing her kueh journey and creations with her usual patrons. As more people request for the kuehs, the kuehs eventually become seasonal items at KA Cafe menu.
Her kuehs are tasty and on-point on texture. Some simple kuehs are improvised with a modern twist (new flavour).
Available upon pre-order (minimum 3days in advance).
Aunty Cheng 热爱做糕点。她的糕点有传统的口感， 也有创新的口味。一开始 Aunty Cheng只与友人/常客分享她做糕点的心得和成品。如今她的糕点已不定时出现在菜单上。只限预购 (提前3天预定)。

摊主是泰国人， 已把辣度降低配合新加坡人的口味。若你喜欢带劲的辣度， 可以让她知道。
PS: the stall owners are native Thai and have adjusted the spiciness to suit our local palate. You can always ask Phee to let you try the Thai spice level. :)
I highly recommend that you dine-in (when you can) and enjoy the piping hot food.
