Have you tried our potato and ham sourdough pizza?

It wasn’t an easy flavour to create, we tested many iterations before we finally arrived at this version :)

For the potatoes, we did thick slices, thin slices, strips, and in the end settled with the cube! We tested lots of different varieties of potatoes (some kinds of potatoes are actually sugary sweet 🙈) The potatoes on our pizza have slight crunchy texture, inspired by a dish called 土豆丝！
