Coated in a light tempura-esque batter, you’ll find that our Fish & Chips are considerably “lighter” than traditional British versions. The reason is simple: we prefer being able to taste the fish more than a doughy batter without compromising on a crispy crust. Besides… a lighter batter leaves more room for beer.

If you’ve tried our pizzas, you’ll know it only ever arrives hot and bubbly. Our pizzas are only ever prepared upon order, never any earlier. The minute an order is placed, our chefs roll the dough out, slather on the sauce and throw on the toppings. Then, it goes into a screaming-hot oven to bake until the cheese gets bubbly and the crust gets crispy. We don’t mean to flex but commercial pizza joints ain’t got nothing on us. 🍕
