- Location: Newton
- Working Hours: 6 Days Per Week
- Salary: up to $2200 (Depending on experience)
- Training will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the operation team
- Research and develop, improve on and provide F&B services according to our SOP
- Ensures that all operational duties are completed by team on a daily basis efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that staff understands the importance of it
- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing ex*****on and measuring performance of the store
- Manage schedules and provide operational support to the Operation Manager
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as required
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR
- Nitec or Diploma and above
- Possess at least 3 years relevant experience in café operations
- Able to communicate well
- Have a passion for service and at least one specialization in management, sales or business development.
- Friendly and must be able to provide a fast and efficient service to meet the needs of our customers
- Willing to mentor and guide others
- Good team player with strong customer service skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and willing to work hard to develop him or herself
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
