Delight in this behind-the-scenes footage of our chef at Wah Lok as he skillfully handcrafts our traditional baked mooncakes, available in four variations – White Lotus Paste with Double or Single Yolk, White Lotus Paste (Low Sugar) and Red Lotus Paste with Double Yolk.

The Peking Duck is served in two styles, with the classic crispy skin wrapped in hoisin sauce and spring pancake (春饼) and the meat will be stir-fried. It is usually served at beginning of Spring as a celebration.
