Meet David, the head chef behind Xin Chao. David is the creative brain behind our delicious and authentic Vietnamese food that delights our guests.

He came from a humble beginnings and after many years of working in Vietnam at established Vietnamese restaurants, he has decided to re-locate to Singapore for a new adventure. His idea of perfect dining experience lies in flavors with depth, complexity and a sense of familiarity of Vietnam in every bite accompanied by impeccable service in a casual atmosphere.
