Get ready to indulge in some Swedish sweetness!  We are excited to announce our upcoming Swedish Fika by Hemlig series where we'll be featuring different delicious sweets each month.
The Swedish Fika, also known as 'coffee break', will begin this month on Friday, 24th March, featuring mouth-watering waffles with whipped cream, jam and berries ($12++), available from 12pm to 6pm. Come by and take a break!

Throwback to an amazing night 2 weeks ago - special guest chef, Christian Strauss Møller Jensen made an appearance and whipped up some incredible dishes that had our guests taste buds dancing with delight. We are thrilled to announce a special guest chef appearance Christian Strauss Møller Jensen, next Friday the 3rd of March!

On his yearly food inspiration trips around south east asia he always stops by in Singapore to say hello, eat and drink around town! This year we got him to cook a few snacks at Hemlig for one night only!

Having spent some years with his friends at 'Noma' Copenhagen, Christian has also cooked around the globe at Island of Sumba, Mexico, China and France and more.

Swedish Meatballs, perhaps Sweden's most famous culinary item that is based on a recipe brought back to Sweden in the early 18th century by King Karl XII.
