Anything but melancholy, the Meloncholy is a refreshing, melon-forward cocktail built on a base of Roku Gin and sweet, ripe cantaloupe.

Clarified as a milk punch for a crystal-clear pour and silky-smooth finish, it is balanced with bittersweet Campari and citrusy Cointreau.

Set in Lalande-de-Pomerol, one of Bordeaux’s finest terroirs, Château Canon Chaigneau is known for its elegant yet expressive Merlot-led blends, rooted in precision, authenticity and terroir.

A technician-turned-chef, Chee Kah brings steady focus, balance, and the occasional mischief to the kitchen team. Having worn many hats across the kitchen over the years, it’s no surprise our Executive Chef labels him our Swiss Army knife.
