If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the drinks at Burnt Ends Bakery, meet Gary Ho, our Head Barista at Audi House of Progress.

From crafting signature beverages to developing our seasonal drinks, Gary is the Slayer behind many of the creations on our menu. He enjoys experimenting with different flavours and combinations to give our guests something new to try.

His favourite part of the job? Making good coffee and hearing that guests have enjoyed something he’s created. For Gary, knowing his drinks are appreciated is the best part.

When he’s not making drinks, you’ll find Gary cafe hopping or getting stuck into a good book.
