Taking the traditional approach to carbonara (no cream added) and combining it with a beautiful cured meat called Guanciale, this new addition really packs a flavour punch!

Packed with a variety of spiced peppers used to cure this beautiful slab of porchetta, Guanciale is a lovely addiction. It has crispy fatty bits that combine so well in the unique curing process producing rich spiced flavours that compliment a carbonara so well.
