SanSara celebrated the launch of Siam and Spice, a distinct collaboration uniting three exceptional chefs.

Master Chef Pannalal Nath collaborated with Head Chef Pilaiporn Kamnag (Chef Toi) and Thai Pastry Chef Piyachart Puttawong (Chef Boy) of Bangkok’s one-Michelin-starred . Together, they presented a menu balancing the depth of North Indian flavours with the nuance of Thai tradition.

The result was an evening filled with discovery, conversation, and flavours that spoke of respect and craft. Thank you to all who joined us.

The launch of Siam & Spice welcomed guests to an immersive celebration of Thai and North Indian culinary traditions, brought to life through an exclusive six-hands collaboration between Master Chef Pannalal Nath and the esteemed chefs of the one-MICHELIN-starred sanehjaan, Chef Toi and Chef Boy.

The evening was made even more memorable with traditional instrumental performances that set the tone for the celebration, alongside the presence of distinguished guests, including representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy, the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam, the High Commission of India and the High Commission of Sri Lanka.

From thoughtfully curated dishes to moments of cultural exchange, the launch reflected the shared heritage, craftsmanship and hospitality at the heart of Siam & Spice.
