Great cuisine is rarely the work of one hand alone.

The North Table 4-hands collaboration has been a testament to this truth, bringing Celebrity Guest Chef Mujeeb ur Rehman and Master Chef Pannalal Nath together in a series that explored the breadth and beauty of North Indian culinary traditions. Each course told a story, each flavour a conversation between two distinct yet complementary approaches.

Experience treasured family recipes and royal Awadhi influences reimagined through contemporary finesse. Choose between a 4-course set at S$68++ or a 6-course journey at S$98++, with standout creations including Shahi Galawati Kebab, Bharwan Calamari with prawn and crab mousse, and Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Butter Lobster Kurchan.

For vegetarian guests, equal artistry awaits in Chowk Ke Tikki, Rajma Ki Galouti, and Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Paneer Rogan Josh, concluding with the classic Sheer Khurma. Guests may also explore an exclusive à la carte menu featuring signature dishes from both chefs, available throughout the collaboration.

In the royal kitchens of Lucknow, a Nawab's impossible demand gave birth to the Galawati. Unable to chew, he tasked his chefs with creating a kebab so tender it required no effort. What emerged was finely minced lamb, spiced with a blend refined over generations, that dissolved on the tongue. In the mountains of Kashmir, morel mushrooms were foraged each spring and paired with saffron, a combination prized for centuries in the valley's royal feasts.

The North Table is where these stories find their flavour. Celebrity Guest Chef Mujeeb ur Rehman, celebrated for his Awadhi mastery, presents his Shahi Galawati Kebab, honouring Lucknow's legacy with every yielding bite. Master Chef Pannalal Nath evokes Kashmir's bounty in his Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Butter Lobster Kurchan, layering fragrant rice with saffron, dry fruits, and butter-rich lobster.

In its simplest form, Gajar Ka Halwa requires only carrots, milk, sugar, and time.
