Hiroki Junmai Daiginjo is a top-notch sake produced by Hiroki Sake Brewery in Fukushima Prefecture. Made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40-50%, it has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of lychee and muscat, a rich, delicate rice flavor, and a refreshing, crisp aftertaste!!

We have 1 bottle available and only served by bottle 👍

Happy Tuesday! We have new sake arrived! ibi white Muroka Namagenshu from Gifu prefecture!

This sake is from Sugihara Sake Brewery, known as “Japan’s smallest sake brewery.” It is brewed using white koji instead of yellow koji. It offers aromas of green apple, muscat, and pear.

The pure fruity sweetness and finely balanced acidity spread straight to the back of the tongue. It has an extremely smooth texture. It has a pleasant, moderate bitterness, making it a slender, well-balanced sake!

Enjoy the night with premium and rare sake at makuake!
