Yes, this may sound familiar. It is by 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗪𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗴, the same person who curates the Thai menu and serves them every single day, rain or shine.

Chef Wyman has on his belt, more than 12 years of culinary experience. He had extensive working stints in numerous fine dining restaurants, notably, in the Two MICHELIN Starred 𝗪𝗮𝗸𝘂 𝗚𝗵𝗶𝗻 where he spent 8 years honing his skills with celebrity chef and restaurant owner, Chef Tetsuya Wakuda.

This time, Chef Wyman decides to bring on a different dining enjoyment to you with his al dente 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶, fall-off-the-bone 𝗕𝗕𝗤 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝘀 and hearty portions of 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱. If you have been enjoying those delicious Thai food, let’s give Plated's tantalising menu a try.
