Delicious meats like no other! (Featuring Applewood Smoked Pork Boston Butt)
Using the Boston butt cut, we cure it for days and marinate with our secret seasoning mix. We then smoke it with applewood low and slow. This results in a smoky flavourful and soft texture. Our pork is then chopped upon order for our chopped pork and porkmelt meatwiches.
