MAMA'S MUST-TRY MEE SIAM is a home-made recipe from our peranakan heritage. After many people tried Mama’s mee siam and gave raving reviews and even craved for it, it was a waste not to bring this piquant and flavourful Mee Siam to market. Our Mee Siam comes with a unique Prawn Sambal Jawa which adds a punch to the dish. Each piece of fresh, good sized prawn is soaked up in the savoury house-made sambal sauce, enhanced with the mild sweetness of the shellfish.

Mama’s Party Packs:
Mee Siam for 6 pax with 18 pcs of medium-sized Prawns with Sambal Jawa @ S$59.90 nett.
Mee Siam for 10 pax with 30 pcs of medium-sized Prawns with Sambal Jawa @ S$79.90 nett.
Separate request can be made for extra spicy chilli on the side.
