Thanks Giving: A perfect Feast
In this pandemic situation after multiple lockdowns we were struggling operating our CBD outlet. Thinking, whether it was a right time to proceed with our Onam Sadhya this year and considering our last year bitter experience, we didn’t have much confidence.

The support from our team was enormous and they deserve a pat on their back for the support from their heart. Decision has been made and the poster was created. 28 Delicacies @ $20.21. We were the last to announce Onam Sadhya but things was not as we anticipated. Few of our fans mentioned we are too late to announce the Sadhya. But we were fortunate to have Gibu George as our Brand Ambassador for this Onam. It was like 20:20 cricket and the booking was overwhelming and our Captain declared after scoring 800+ runs. We have reached our maximum capacity and we are forced to say Sorry to our patrons. But still we couldn’t deny their love and kept our bag bulged.
The final match started in the nite, with multiple burners opened and our Chefs was on fire. It was just like a marriage event nite. We could see the happiness in our Chefs faces, when our taste maker comments on each dishes. He was too stingy in forehand appreciation, where they deserved much more…

The original challenge was to pack the food and later delivery. The packing line was created and it was a fast one. They have done a perfect job without missing any of the 28 delicacies. Lastly our fleet was beyond imagination. The first delivery happened as early as 11am. There was few delays occurred due to condo access and customer answering calls. We thank our patrons for keeping confidence on us and having patience to get us the best words. And we salute our whole team for their sincere efforts. Each of them worked perfectly to ensure the perfect Onam Sadhya to reach our people of Singapore…. Yes it was a clean bowled… A perfect feast.

Anandha Kannan (AK): a tribute

A simple man with a turban on head… a wild beard… and long hairs…
Was lucky to meet him on his last birthday with his childhood friends after 35 years. I was jealous to see them teasing each other, making fun out of them and much more… the love… care… they had kept for each other. I’m unlucky that I missed such friends and I kept a distance from that group because I feel a lot. As always I was just capturing the best moments for them behind the scenes.

The golden old days was revealed over the conversation and was very happy to hear their tiny nonsenses and kutty stories. These young people still carries a bright memories at this late age… pls don’t waste time in guessing their age. Was with them for more 5-6 hours and couldn’t move away because I was getting which I missed in my life… good friends. Their gathering was an inspiration for me to go back and search for my golden days buddies and yes… I did it.

I was honored to serve their favourite food and it tasted the best when we serve and had it with lots of love. I’m going to miss a lot…

Last few hours was spend on planning the next year meet up and few short gatherings. I was proposing them a meet up with family in Kerala, the ‘god’s own country’. I seriously wanted to ask them to add me to their group. My proposal was intentional so that I can be the guide and be the part of their group again. I never thought of right or wrong but I just wish to be in the group unknowingly.

The last few mins of the farewell was heart taking. AK made me stand in their group for a snap and finally I was in their group… an outsider. I’m too young to be in their group but I enjoyed the time we spend together.

AK… the inspiration for many, the handsome, simple, humble, young gentleman…

You will be in our heart forever…
