From sunrise to sunset, there is restraint. And when the fast is broken, there is gratitude.

For the food, for the company, for the quiet moment around the table.
Our Ramadan platter is made for sharing. Coconut rice at the centre, ayam goreng berempah, beef cheek rendang, sambal quail eggs, wing bean kerabu, sambal goreng, a squeeze of calamansi to bring it all together.

A sweet finish to usher in good fortune.

Our newest CNY dessert features Niangao Spring Rolls, filled with taro, sweet potato, and niangao, then wrapped and fried until crisp on the outside and soft within. Comforting, familiar, and made for sharing, it is our way of ending the meal on a high note.

Our Grilled GG Poulet Percik is a whole boneless chicken, charcoal grilled and basted in a fragrant blend of lemongrass, shallots, ginger, turmeric, and chilli. Smoky, juicy, and deeply comforting, it is meant to be shared, carved, and enjoyed together.

This January, we start the celebrations with our CNY specials, made for gathering, tossing, and sharing together.

We start off with our Cured Hamachi Rojak, served with a selection of local fruits and vegetables, sambal rojak, crispy dough fritters, and crushed peanuts. A familiar ritual, reimagined with bold, comforting flavours.
