It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Play Gelato. The decision was not easy, there were multiple factors leading to this.

[SELF PICK-UP PINT PREORDER]

We are starting a pint preorder for self-pick-ups at our store!

What’s the difference between the usual walk-in pint purchase and this preorder? It’s the special packaging that will allow your pints to last outside the freezer for 3 hours (but please don’t put them directly under the Sun or near high heat), while the usual packaging will last you around 50 minutes. That means you don’t have to rush home immediately after getting your pints!

As this packaging is much more costly, we have to consolidate all orders and have everyone collect them on the same day. The collection day and time is currently fixed to be on Saturdays from 12 pm – 9 pm.

Preorder opens today and it will cut off 2 days before each respective collection date – e.g. cutoff time will be 16 Dec @ 12 am for collection on 18 Dec. No minimum quantity of pints is required.
