Looking for a healthy version of ramen?
Well, look no further!

Introducing our new healthy vegetables ramen (yasai tappuri) that is brimming with Japanese vegetables.
Sitting on top of springy noodles in our usual creamy tonkostu (pork bone) soup, is a wide variety of vegetable. With cabbage as the center, it is adorned by shiitake mushrooms, crispy orange mushrooms, snap peas, wakame (seaweed) and Japanese mustard spinach. Additionally, it comes with kouya tofu, a type of tofu that is traditionally consumed by monks in Japan.

So, come on down and try this guilt-free ramen that is sure to have your bellies filled without having to work out the next day!

Sometimes, we feel like our ramen needs an injection of spice, just like in our life.

How about sweat it out with our 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻?

We used our special pork broth, combined with our homemade Korean style inspired chilli oil, Japanese chilli powder, Chinese spicy bean paste, creating a unique spicy umami flavour, leave you sweating, yet you won’t want to stop eating it!
With an abundance of colourful toppings: sliced chashu, Menma(bamboo shoots), bean sprout, Kikurage(edible fungi), fried onion and spring onions.
With "Special" topping, you will get extra roast pork, egg, and seaweed.

Have you tried our Special Chicken Shio Ramen? (No pork, no lard)
Our Chicken Shio Ramen has a light finish compared to our other pork based ramen. This ramen does not include any pork for those that prefer chicken. The clear broth incorporates Japanese Sea Salt. The broth contains collagen and minerals which is good for your health!
This ramen is also in our value ramen set, with some sides you can go with!

Haven't we told you about we got value set in the menu? Feel extra starving in the afternoon working hard in the office? Come down to our shop and try the ramen set!

For our Ramen Set C, you can choose from 6 kinds of ramen, Sanji Ramen, Spicy Ramen, Black Sesame Ramen, Rich Tonkotsu Ramen, Chicken Shio Ramen, and Miso Ramen.
Also, it came with a side dish of your choice, choose between Gyoza 3pcs, Karaage Chicken 3pcs, or Pork dishes!
And if your stomach still feeling not enough after these, we are serving you a bowl of white rice for free!

In the picture below is our signature ramen - Sanji Ramen

Our pork bone soup is simmered with vegetables for several hours to create its creamy and rich flavour.
In the bowl is a well-balanced combination of ingredients.
Wheat noodles, sliced roast pork, and boiled egg that has been marinated in soy sauce are added to our pork broth and combined with menma (bamboo shoots), bean sprouts and kikurage (edible black fungus). Finally, thinly sliced spring onion and fried onion are added on top to create a perfect balance of flavour.

Do come down to try our Signature Ramen and a variety of side dishes!

“Ladies set” come with a mini size ramen (Half-size of standard) of your choice, a Small bowl dish between tori karaage (Japanese fried chicken) or mini roast pork rice, and a drinks!

You can choose from 4 of our most popular ramen, Sanji Ramen(our signature ramen with over-night boiling creamy pork bone broth), Spicy Ramen(pork broth with homemade Korean style inspired spice), Black Sesame Ramen(pork broth with roasted black seasame paste), and Rich tonkotsu(Chicken & pork broth with a perfect ratio that make soup chunky and rich).
