Our specials this Lunar New Year brings an East meets West fusion to the table to create new memories. These dishes offer a freshness to the palate and yet are deeply rooted in traditional flavours and the spirit of togetherness.

Caviar Pumpkin Crab Pasta
Delicate angel hair is tossed in pumpkin purée served with shredded crab, succulent crab leg and avruga caviar. Finished with chives and herb oil, this is a luxurious, comforting plate that is both indulgent and celebratory.

Ginger Lemon Barramundi
Perfectly seared barramundi atop tender Chinese leek, served with hearty russet potatoes. The ginger lemon cream sauce is bright yet soothing. The aromatic, zesty, and lightly spiced dish is finished with thin crispy potato which adds a satisfying crunch.
