No fishy business here at , which serves up legit seafood dishes such as their Golden Signature Seafood Soup! While I didn't order their pumpkin-based seafood broth this time, I was impressed with their Hong Kong-Style Steamed Seabass. 🐟 It can take about 15 minutes to prepare upon order, but this was definitely the wait! The seabass meat texture was moist & supple, infused with the lighter flavours from the combo of umami soy sauce and scallion oil that accentuated the freshness of the fish. This might not be a deal-breaker for some, but I appreciate that the fish was well-scaled. Considering that there's no GST or service charge and you get a whole seabass, it felt like an absolute steal at $15.80 and perfect for sharing between 2 people. (If you get any of their soups, it's even more worth at $13.90!)⁣

1. Signature Golden soup thick beehoon soup S$11.90
Pretty unique as the golden soup is made with pumpkin in it. The soup is naturally sweet with fresh seafood and thick fish slices in it.

2. Meatball slice pork porridge S$6.90
I like this, the porridge is tasty, creamy and the pork slice and meatball is tender and generous in portion too. 😋

This is crispy and yummy 😋

The Tom yum soup is comforting not too sourish or spicy. The you mian is on a softer side that I like too. 😋

Golden Seafood Pao Fan
Generous ingredients such as prawn, scallop, sliced batang fish, squid, meatballs etc in a seafood soup base that has been boiled with sweet golden pumpkin. The soup has a stronger fish flavour and slight sweetness from the cabbage. The cabbage taste is more evident than pumpkin imo. The fish slices here are generous, thick and firm

Meat Lover Soup with Rice
Slightly stronger soup flavour. We preferred this because the soup has a less ‘fishy’ taste. Pork slices and meatballs are pretty tender

Tom Yum Sliced Fish w Thick Bee Hoon
Other than their golden soup, you can also choose either tom yum or mala for your soup base. We got the tom yum soup with sliced fish. The tom yum taste can be stronger and richer imo

Braised Pork Belly Rice Bowl ⭐️
We enjoyed this because of the well marinated and tender braised pork belly. The fatty parts are soft and melt in the mouth kind 😁 I also like the crunchy achar on the side that is not too sour 👍🏻

Golden Red Braised Fried Pork ⭐️
Tender, flavourful and not overly fried/dry👌🏻 just the way we like it 😉

Crispy Fish Sausage ⭐️
This is very similar to your Thai fish sausage that is sweet. We like this because it’s thinner and crispier. Very addictive! Must try if you like Thai fish sausages!
