The first in a series of secret burger recipes by Chef Bruce, requiring over 24 hours just to prepare a single Prototype 1. From the bun to the patty to the sauce, each ingredient is thoughtfully added and precisely measured into exact quantities so that each bite gives the perfect flavour and texture of the most amazing burger.

The journey behind every single of our 160gm beef patties began from the sourcing of these fine cuts. The process of intensive research and sourcing for the highest grade cuts took Chef Bruce close to a year. After over 57 rounds of experimentation with various cuts, he settled on the A5 Japanese Tochigi Wagyu and dry-aged Australian Angus Beef.

The star of the show in our newest line of burgers is the SECRET Wagyu-Angus Patty Blend.

This 160g flame-grilled heavyweight is a blend of the highest grade A5 Japanese Tochigi Wagyu and dry-aged Australian Angus Beef. In particular, we spent months sourcing for the premium Tochigi Wagyu in Singapore as only 3,500 cattle are certified in Japan to be of top quality each year.

Taste the sinful melting of the Wagyu beef fats as it unlocks the aromatic juices; generously coating every morsel of our freshly-toasted burger bun. Keep your eyes peeled for a sneak peek of our upcoming line of burgers. 👀

“Had the prototype burger at Burgercraft and I gotta say, it was beyond amazing; the burger has a really nice upfront truffle flavour, and the cheese and onion give the burger a really rich, and hearty flavour. The bun is really unique, it's one of the most delicious brioche buns I've had.

I was also impressed with the fries – The seasoning had a nice subtle spice kick to it that made these fries a perfect pairing for the burger. The soju mango milkshake was another surprise – the sweetness was balanced out by the soju and mango flavours, which was a nice change of pace from the typical draft sodas that most burger joints usually offer.
