Your Claypot Valley prides itself on its quality and variety of claypot dishes alongside many of his other original creations.

Founded by Chef Ng Chong Guan, previously a well-known Kitchen Director with 30 years of experience orchestrating the kitchen operation; and the mastermind of Jumbo Seafood’s original dishes. �
Originally having the thought to leave his Chef hat behind, Chef Ng stepped out from his comfort zone and mustered his courage in the midst of the Covid situation to a decision in partnering with his peers

to start Claypot Valley at a humble unit in the heart of River Valley Road in March 2022. Chef Ng believes in offering affordable luxurious dishes using premium ingredients and providing a cozy and familiar environment for guests from all walks of life.

最初想退休，黄师傅决定拿起厨师帽重出江湖，在疫情局势中鼓起勇气，决定与合伙人合作，在2022 年 3 月，一个里峇峇利路单位创办沙煲坊。

沙煲坊以其质量和种类繁多的煲仔饭以及他的许多其他原创作品而自豪。黄师傅相信以优质食材提供价格实惠的豪华菜肴，并为各行各业的客人提供舒适熟悉的环境。
