Meet our Sous-Chef, Chef Megat. He's been doing Pizzas for almost for 3 years now. From Roman Thin Crust to New York Pizzas, He's now perfected the Neapolitan techniques, he's definitely a certified Pizzaiolo.
I have personal trained him and taught him for 3 years now along the way He actually perfected his own craft and trying bust some new ideas for the new menu too!
