At Elly's Delights, we offer traditional bak chang or kue chang with a unique twist!

We started making our own bak chang a few years ago when halal bak changs were hard to find. We went a little bit lighter on the five-spice powder and swopped the rich salted egg yolk for quail egg so everyone in our household could eat them. After a few tweaks, the result is our very own version of bak chang!

We love our bak changs this way, but if you still want that salted egg yolk taste, let us know!

Honestly, the traditional bak chang is an acquired taste, so we made some modifications! We went a little bit lighter on the five-spice powder and swopped the rich salted egg yolk for quail egg. The result is our very own bak chang at an affordable price of only $2.50 per piece!

We love our bak changs this way, but if you still want that salted egg yolk taste, let us know!
