Time for something new.

// IMPRESSIONS // the menu, from Apr'26: Images across space and time have imprinted themselves in 's memories. From Korea to Singapore, these impressions are the key to unlocking fresh creations.

The dongchimi or fermented broth has been reimagined from a different perspective. Jambu (rose apple) native to South East Asia is expressed in delicate overlapping layers, with a light jelly and broth. Paired with gravlax scallop, look forward to this one-of-a-kind 'welcome drink' at the start of your meal.

Give the glass a tiny shake at the end for a little surprise!

We are honored to be recognized as one of the Tatler Best 20 Restaurants in Singapore for the fifth year running.

We also jumped with joy as Head Sommelier got awarded Best Sommelier. This prestigious recognition celebrates the best-in-class in hospitality, chosen by Tatler’s panel of industry leaders and tastemakers.

NAE:UM has been recognized as an Excellent Korean Restaurant 2025!

Last week, we were invited to Seoul for a series of workshops organised by the Korean Food Promotion Institution , ending with the Overseas Excellent Korean Restaurants 2025 award ceremony.

We are truly honoured to be one of just seven internationally-based Korean restaurants worldwide to receive this recognition. Beyond the award itself, the workshops gave Chef Founder and .sg Head Chef the opportunity to reconnect with their roots, immersing themselves in Korean ingredients and cooking traditions at a deeper level.

We thank KFPI sincerely for this meaningful opportunity. We return to Singapore with new inspirations, ready to delight our diners with Korean dishes expressed through our signature approach.
