Spend weeks in figuring out this dish for Valentine Month . From making the flower to pairing it to which sauce or soup.

Here i give you Ravioli de Rosa Brodo.

Making the flower and carving the leaf out from the zucchini is both challenging and time consuming. (after this not gonna carve the leaf anymore 🙄🙄🙄)

Hosting my army gathering for the second time. Compare to last time, more of the people I invited manage to squeeze their time out of their busy schedule to come for this annual gathering. Though I'm tried from the my own work, seeing them come for the gathering , thrive me into doing this yearly. Known for 20 plus years and able to bond till now is no joke. Hopefully for the year gathering able to see the rest of the gang. Again thanks to all who are able to come. "ALPHA"

Was looking back on then pastas I've made for the pass 2yrs and reaching my 3rd yr. Seems remarkable that I can do so many different types of pasta all by myself. I'm glad there are ppl willing to try out all my creation.☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
