These items have a best before consumption of 7days from collection/delivery, beyond that is bonus. Keep chilled 0°C - 4°C

Items all can be freeze to lengthen the shelf life (except for peach gum). Please kindly portion out if you decide to freeze it.

Order Min 2days in advance, especially if you are looking at peach gum.

This order took Uncle Sam 5 hours to fulfil!

Hey Hey!

Uncle Sam been involved in a temple event... He is being engaged to cook red eggs for a deity birthday celebration!

It is an awesome experience cooking below a void deck! Using equipment he's not familiar with! The max he handled was 60eggs per pot, now 1 shot 390! Big big challenge!

All good and went well...

Uncle Sam is more than just oat!

Drink, Dessert and Food, just DM him should you need anything for your event, gathering, party.

Just let him know your budget, what you like to have, he will plan it out for you, let you wahz ur guests!

Been awhile...

Realised alot of people been coughing, weather is also unpredictable...

Thus... coming Sunday, 23/02/2025, Uncle Sam doing Cheng Teng and is opening up to take order!

Please DM him through IG/FB or WhatsApp him at 8940 0417. Limited quantities as all the ingredients take time to prepare from scratch.

No sugar added for the soup base. He is using golden monk fruit to make the base, which is naturally sweet! Suitable for diabetes people. BUT! As always, no sugar added doesn't mean zero sugar. Take in moderation. Red Date and longan are sweet...

Self collection will be at 301 Geylang Road,
Meet up collection at MRT, subject to schedule and availability.
Delivery will be quoted by 3rd party logistics
