We invite you to dine at our Chef’s Table with a Innovative Asian menu created from the friendship between 2 renowned Chefs. The menu titled “Arrays of Colors” offers 12 courses presented over 6 chapters. Each chapter showcase the clever use of ingredients and cooking techniques by each Chef, presented in an array of colors to invoke your 5 senses. Looking forward to share this friendship with you.

*About Chef Kawano Masahiko*
Chef Masa graduated from the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute. Culinary is his passion, his life. He wants to put a smile on the faces of his loved ones through his dish. His biggest breakthrough was when he received his first Michelin Star in just 9 months for a restaurant he created and build from scratch.

*About Chef Ace Tan*
Self taught from the beginning, Ace knows his calling was in culinary. He honed his skills in notable establishments like Pollen, Bacchanalia*, Les Amis*** before embarking on a tour of Asia to seek for Asian’s cuisine and culture and Korea’s Flower Child was one of the spots.
