This is the Nasi Lemak debate we never get tired of having.

On one side, our Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken, fragrant coconut rice topped with a rich, golden curry that's been simmered low and slow until the chicken is meltingly tender and the sauce is thick enough to pool around every grain. On the other, our Nasi Lemak with Ayam Masak Merah, the same fragrant rice paired with boldly spiced red chicken that carries heat, sweetness, and depth in every bite.

Both come with a soft boiled egg, fresh cucumber, and sambal that brings it all home. We're not picking a favourite. But you have to. Drop your answer in the comments.

❗️This is our Nasi Lemak with Ayam Masak Merah, and it deserves every second of your attention.

Fragrant coconut rice steamed until every grain is fluffy and infused with pandan, topped with a deeply spiced ayam masak merah where the chicken is tender and the sauce clings rich and bold. Crispy anchovies, fresh cucumber, and a sambal that ties the whole plate together with just the right amount of heat.
