In view of the current poor air quality and potential health risks associated with prolonged exposure, we would like to prioritise the health and safety of our delivery drivers.
As such, please be informed that we reserve the right to decline, postpone, or make alternative arrangements for any delivery requests where we reasonably assess that the air quality or surrounding conditions may pose a risk to our drivers’ health and well-being.
We would also like to kindly request that all pastries and items be properly packed and ready for collection upon our drivers’ arrival. This will help minimise waiting time and reduce our drivers’ exposure to the poor air quality.
We seek your understanding and cooperation in helping us safeguard our drivers’ health while continuing to provide our delivery services as safely as possible.
