Just as I thought I couldn’t possibly love my job any stronger 💚💚💚 the workshop took my breath away! Learned soooo much that I couldn’t sleep last night thinking of all the cake designs I can now make for you 🥰

I’d give 5/5 for the packaging, 3/5 for the looks, 2/5 for the taste. They probably have been good when they were fresh, but they didn’t keep too well. Which could be the store’s fault for storing it too warm and not the producers 🤷🏼‍♀️

However the conclusion is still the same: it’s best to buy from small artisans that you trust and not from supermarkets.

We (personally, and any artisan chocolatier💚) are producing everything in small batches, carefully choosing every single ingredient, every single texture & every single flavor combination
And the experience is completely different

So if you care about what you eat and what presents you give away, check out your local chocolatiers instead.

I love my kids and I love my job more than anything but I could really do without the pressure. So if I had a chance for a do over, I would change just that

To say that being a mom is the most demanding job in the world is to say nothing. I mean… it’s just insane. Ok? I love it loads but you gotta be a bit nuts to do it 😅 or go nuts doing it

So I tried to reflect the joy and nuttiness and complexion of this role in our new collection.
