Hi there!

While we busily get ready for our pop-up store on Kunsängsgatan 5B, which opens on July 1st, we have another update we are eager to share with you -

Our new premises is finally confirmed and everything has been signed in black and white. It is just a stone’s throw from where we were - the new address is 📍Kungsängsgatan 18B

There is still plenty to do and it will still take quite some time, but at least we are on the road now✨

Our only aim is to continue to do our very best to provide a unique place to share authentic Asian culture in every possible way we can, with you here in Uppsala!

Dear friends of YOCHA,

Yes, we know it’s been a while since our last update. The good news is - you haven’t been ghosted. The bad news is, 2026 is already half over – doesn’t time fly? So, our sincere apologies for the long radio silence. And an equally sincere ‘thank you’ to the many of you who’ve been in contact during this period. Whether it’s a simple hello message, questions about what’s next for Yocha, online orders, website subscriptions…each one is appreciated and it’s good to know you’re all still out there💙

So, what’s up? Regarding the saga of the new premises, as many of you already know, some changes are needed before we can move in. Which means permission from Uppsala Kommun. Which means kitchen installation. Which means time before starting. Which means ...you get the picture. In short, we are making progress, but slowly, so you’ll need to hold your breath for another few months unfortunately. Festina lente, as they say in Rome. But we do appreciate your patience and can’t wait to welcome all of you to the new YOCHA Studio 💙
But - Yocha will run a pop-up store this summer from July 1st at Kungsängsgatan 5 🤗 Food is impossible but along with our original design and/or hand made products from Asia, we will also offer:

🤍some of our most popular drinks, such as Matcha Latte, Ink Painting and Oolong Island Ice Tea

🤍 Yocha Shaved Ice Bowl

🤍Fresh tea leaves

🤍Free Kung fu tea tasting, twice a week (more info to follow)

We look forward to seeing you all soon, let’s enjoy a cool summer together 💙
