Happy Ethiopian New Year! ✨

From outside, 2017 looked like a year of wins — a new location in Stockholm, my food truck rolling in Uppsala. But the reality? This was one of the hardest years of my life. I’ve been stretched between cities, and torn between being a good mom and a business owner.
But every smile at the window, every “welcome back” in Uppsala or Stockholm — that’s what kept me going. 💛

I’m walking into this new year tired. Bone tired in every way you can imagine, but it can only be up from here. So here’s to rest, to joy, and finding strength again. ✨ 🥂 ✨

Last day of this season will be Kulturnatten, September 13th — come by and celebrate with me before I disappear into hibernation!

Join our team at Anbesit!
An Ethiopian food truck and bring the vibrant flavors of Ethiopia to our customers! We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

* Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately.
* Preparing and serving delicious Ethiopian dishes according to our recipes.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
* Assisting with food preparation and stocking ingredients.
* Following all food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

* No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must!
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Knowledge of Ethiopian cuisine is a plus, but not required.
