Efter ett svårt beslut har vi bestämt oss att lägga ner vår verksamhet i denna lokal. Vår sista verksamhetsdatum är den 31/12. Vi vill tacka er alla för allt tillit och hjälp som ni har bidragit under de senaste 6 år som vi har varit verksamma. De har varit extremt viktiga och betydelsefulla för oss och gjorde att Yan Restaurang kunde utvecklas!

För er som tycker om vår mat och koncept har vi en positivt nyhet. Vi kommer att fortsätta driva vår verksamhet i en annan lokal. Dock vet vi än så länge inte exakt var lokalen kommer att befinnas. Poor sea turtle !
We all love our oceans. But our oceans are choking, from all the plastic we consume. So I want to do something. It's not much, but every little bit helps. We now use Paper Packing instead of plastic.

A giant step needs to be made, let's start with a small one.

It is so rewarding, when my customer likes my food 😊. This is what I found left on table after a family of three ate at my restaurant, felt like I got a great 'betyg' 😊

Spring is here , summer very near! Don't we all want to try something new? This ' Veggie Roll ' is sushi rice wrapped in vegetable garnished with broccoli / chicken . You can have it without chicken if you are vegetarian [微笑]

This pretty set of vegetarian food is when I think of some of you may want to go picnic or just want to sit on grass and have your lunch on a sunny day [微笑] . And why not finish with a biscuit [呲牙]

My dear customers! Two years ago I opened this restaurant to offer you my home cooking Beijing food. It has been a very pleasant journey , some of you became regulars , some may just passerby, but hardly anyone didn't like my food!😄😄 so , HAPPY 2 YEARS for us all! And every customer today will get a little gift 😊😊.

Hello my dear customers and friends ! Sincere thanks to all of you who has supported me and been to my restaurant in the past year 2015 ! I have enjoyed cooking for you, and I look forward to bring more authentic Chinese home made food in the coming new year.
We will be closed from Dec.24 to Jan.12. and I will go to China for a long awaited holiday! 😊😊 . I will keep you all in mind and will discover new food and bring them to you when I'm back!

The longest night will come tomorrow. In China the tradition is to eat dumplings. On this day , almost every Chinese family will make dumplings at home, just like how my mother had made for me, I am making it every day in my restaurant. Chinese myth is, if one does not eat dumping on this day, his or her ear will fall off from the freeze! 😁😁 . Of course you don't have to worry about that! But to eat dumplings today just have bit more meanings! Please come and enjoy !
